SWEET SPRING

Spring is finally here! : primavera chegou, Sandy & Junior finalmente voltaram – literalmente – e eu ficarei bem por aqui, chorando por não poder ver esse retorno triunfal.

Yes! The wonderful spring has arrived, the one that begins to make us want to go out and be happy, but also the one of the pollen that sticks in your soul and don't get out not even by a decree.
And Strasbourg at early spring is the most beautiful thing! It's flowering trees everywhere, little birds singing, storks flying and all you can imagine! And of all the elements of spring, it is at the Place de la République the most charming place to be.

At the Place de la République, between the end of March and the beginning of April,we can find several super-flowering magnolias. And I tell you that I did not know of the existence of these feet until this year, incredible as it may seem (actually I did not even know what magnolia was)! Magnolias, according to everyone in the press, opened earlier this year, and I think that's why I ended up finding out they existed and went to take a look:

As I did not know this magnificent detail of the city, I was completely amazed to see such beauty! And since we are on the subject, Strasbourg is beautiful to meet in the spring, between the 20th of March and the end of April, where the flowers have not yet fallen! If you do not mind big temperature changes (one day makes 20°C and the other makes 5°C), I strongly advise!

And you can even imagine that in the midst of such beauty, the finger of bloggers catch fire to take pictures!
On a sunny, almost hot spring Saturday, I went for a picnic under the shadows of the magnolias, and I could see the phenomenon incredible of the contemporary man. People were lining to have their photo under the flowering tree, with very little variation of pose (and clothes as well). Do you remember that photo you took on that wall that has painted wings? Same thing here! ;)

And there is no judgment here! The beauty of the park is so enormous that it is very difficult not to want a photo. And it's really cool to see that people will not destroy or litter the square. No young person or child took a flower to put in the hair to make a cute pose and nobody who was, like me, "pique-niqueying" on the grass left dirt there, being a tourist or a local. And that's the beauty of it. From having the wisdom to living with nature without destroying it, so that it can continue there for many years, allowing us every year to have more and more likes!

And I'm not silly or anything, I too have a cute photo as well! <3

so cuuuuutee

A bientôt and Pardon my French! ;)
